It was a pleasure having Debbie by our side both as a seller and a buyer. Exceptionally professional, she gets the job done and makes it as stress-free as possible. We look forward to working with her again in the future.

Debbie Judge made a sometimes overwhelming process of finding, securing, and purchasing our new forever home in a new state a rewarding and educational event. She was a consistent, professional resource for us throughout the entire process. We felt supported by her expertise, knowledge, and, most noteworthy, her exceptional communication skills. Most importantly, we truly believe she worked tirelessly in finding our home, but also had our best interest in assisting us in negotiating the best possible price. If you are looking for a calm professional, one who genuinely communicates, and knows every facet of the real estate market in Southwest Florida, Debbie Judge is the realtor for you. Caren & Dirk

Deb Judge was our Real Estate agent for our recent home purchase. We were out of state and she handled everything for us and gave recommendations on inspectors, lawyers and other professionals. She is EXTREMELY responsive and knowledgeable on the area. She went to the homes and showed them to us via ZOOM. We purchased our home without ever seeing it in person. We highly recommend Deb for any Real Estate needs.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Debbie. Debbie is extremely knowledgeable of the market and providing outstanding support and data relative to any potential homes. Debbie was always available to accommodate my schedule, prompt, very tuned in to my preferences extremely flexible. Debbie was the utmost professional and a great sense of humor.

We were looking for a home in Sarasota county, we were unfamiliar with the area. Debbie took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. She worked with our limited schedule and help in every way possible. Always available for questions, had great suggestions about the area. She found us a great home in a nice community. Debbie is a great real estate agent.

Debbie Judge is a pro! I first knew her when she was managing a branch office and have discovered that she is just has proficient in managing transactions as she was in managing people. I was living in Chicago and looking at homes virtually during the pandemic. Debbie worked with a good friend of mine locally to make sure I was comfortable seeing all of the details remotely in order to make a purchase decision. She then stepped up to manage the various details prior to closing and always made me feel I was a priority despite the fact that I know she was involved with multiple transactions. Debbie is knowledgeable, responsive, dedicated, hard-working and professional. She's just an overall lovely person who puts her clients' interests front and center.

We just purchased our Forever Home in the beautiful Rosedale Golf & Country Club using Realtor Debbie Judge. Debbie was amazing, managing to make purchasing a home during this period of COVID seem routine. This may sound crazy, but we bought this home remotely from Virginia without physically visiting the home. We have friends who live in Rosedale and we have visited them in the community, so we were not totally unaware of its appeal. Our friends recommended Debbie who had sold them their home. So armed with her gimbal mounted camera (we could tell because the videos were so smooth), Debbie showed us several houses via Zoom virtual meetings. When we found the perfect house, Debbie guided us in submitting an offer that was accepted! This is where Debbie stepped up and took over, going far beyond her duties to help us since we were stuck in Virginia unable to travel during a pandemic. Debbie navigated use through a Florida real estate purchase, that is unique and far different from our previous home buying experiences. Debbie hand picked service providers and inspectors. She scheduled appointments and often with our friends in tow, visited the home numerous times for Home Inspections, Wind Mitigation Inspections (FL), Pest Inspections, 4 Point Inspections (FL), Roof Inspections, HVAC Inspections, Pool Inspections, and our final Walk-Through. Debbie’s expertise gave us unwavering confidence in purchasing this house remotely. She managed to make this surreal transaction feel normal and routine. Cannot recommendation Debbie Judge enough. Call her!

My husband and I have worked with Debbie Judge in purchasing a home in Sarasota, we definitely recommend her because our experience was amazing. She was always available to answer all our questions or to take us to see properties and to advise us on good neighborhoods to consider. She negotiated fiercely to get us the best deal and in the end, we purchase the best property thanks to her. Yes, we will love her professionalism, experience in the field and will recommend her 100%. Thank you.
