It was a pleasure working with Dawson. He was helpful answering questions and researching those that he didn't know immediately. He found a property in the right price range and neighborhood and arranged for a quick showing because he knew the property would go fast at that price point. He was knowledgable about the HOA and dues expense and other costs we asked about. He shepherded us through the closing process, which went without a hitch. I am very satisfied with Dawson as a real estate professional and plan to call on him if I am looking for a property in the future.
