Dawn did an excellent job recommending providers for loan servicing, helping us to get the right tools for inspection and everything even though a home build was a new challenge. Everything ended up going very smooth at the purchase
Dawn helped make finding our home memorable. Listening to our needs and wants, always making time to listen even if it was just needing a shoulder to lean on. She worked around our schedule and was very prompt to get all documents together and completed. Although the process had stressful moments she always found positives and made it fun. 100% recommend! 🥰
Dawn helped me significantly in promoting my house in the best possible manner. I feel I made a great decision by selecting Dawn to be my home selling agent.
