It has been many years since I purchased a home. Dawn made the process seamless. Her generosity of availability and the warm personality was more like family than the general real estate agent. I couldn't be more pleased working with her.
Dawn was able to quickly appraise and value my property correctly which led to a quick sale. Prior to listing, Dawn was able to attend to any necessary repairs. Dawn is easy contact and responded quickly to any need I had. I think Dawn is a stellar real estate agent as she is professional, courteous and I felt she had my best interest at all times. You are lucky to have her as an associate with your company. Thank you!
Dawn answered all of our questions, was always quick to respond, and was consistently available to show homes. After all the searching, she was able to find us the perfect home and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.
