Dawn is awesome! She found us a gorgeous property with a pond in Milton where we plan to build our home.  Then she found us a great rental in our desired location and at a great price. At the same time, she convinced a seller to accept our offer over several other competing offers. This is a tough market. You need a pro in your corner. Call Dawn for excellent service and great insight!
