Cristin Drake is professional and detailed oriented. She works quickly and get things done. We enjoyed our home buying experience with Cristin and would highly recommend her.
Crisitin Davis is an excellent realtor. Easy to work with and very personable. She follows up on what she promises. This is one of the ways she sets herself apart- so many people overpromise and under deliver- Cristin always tries to exceed your expectations !
I have engaged the Drake Rivers Group and Carolina One to purchase two properties. I can say with complete honesty that they are dedicated, talented and highly professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Lisa and Cristin were absolutely wonderful! I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend the Drake Rivers group to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
Cristin Davis and Lisa Rivers were fantastic. This was my second home purchase with them through Carolina One. They took care of all the important details. I am also selling a home with them. I highly recommend them and Carolina One. They really know the market and provided me with up to date information and advice.
Cristin and Lisa were great to work with! Very informative, patient, helpful, always there for us when we had any questions! We wouldn’t want to work with anyone else! They know the market very well and treat their customers like family!!
