Big thank you to Davina Cook, who guided us through the process. She was calm, cool, and collected the whole way. Davina was professional, diligent, and easy to work with. No pressure. Just clear communication and steady guidance from start to finish. If you’re thinking about a move to Florida, I highly recommend working with her.

I had the pleasure of working with Davina Cook as my real estate agent during a recent house hunt in Florida, and I can't recommend her highly enough! We flew in from out of town with just a weekend to look for a new home, and Davina truly went above and beyond to make the most of our limited time. She crafted an incredibly efficient schedule for us, allowing us to visit around 15 properties in just two days. Every single place was aware of our visit in advance, and Davina had all the pertinent details ready, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Davina’s expertise and meticulous planning were invaluable, especially given our tight timeline. If you're considering moving to Florida or just need to navigate the market quickly, I wholeheartedly recommend Davina Cook. She’s an outstanding professional who makes out-of-town home buying a breeze!

Working with Davina on three real estate transactions in the last calendar year has been a pleasure. We were able to upgrade our home in South Florida with a new, larger home almost $200K under advertised price. She then sold our existing home for a record price for the neighborhood. After those homes settled, She referred us to and worked with a top agent to sell our home in a different state. Her ability to negotiate a large discount in a tough market on our new purchase, as well as get us top dollar for our sale on our smaller home was a delicate process and she worked well with us and with the respective buyers/ sellers. She is dedicated, knowledgeable about the specific markets and above all extremely responsive.
