David Whitman was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, a.k.a. the "Bull City." After high school, he attended East Carolina University (Go Pirates! Argh!) and graduated with a bachelor's degree in design and photography. For 20 years, David has worked in marketing and advertising as an award-winning designer and creative director. My property sale was complicated by the fact that I live 200 miles away and due my wife's medical condition, I could not get back to Raleigh to do anything that needed to be done to help sell my house. As a result, David had to handle any request. When I needed help moving my stuff out of the house, David was there with solutions and his hard work. When the clean house had to be re-cleaned, David was there to do what needed to be done. He coordinated the staging and all of the selling processes home owners take for granted. When we determined the house needed new fixtures or painting or repairs or HVAC work or tree trimming or changing batteries in smoke alarms or whatever, David had to do it as I was miles away. I am betting David had to work harder on this property sale than any others he has done. I had to trust him and trust that things would get done and they did get done.
