I didn't really know what I was doing in the beginning. David was helpful and patient with me and that resulted in a good fit and happy result for me.

David deserves a rating above Excellent! As we were out of state throughout this purchase, David went above and beyond any expectations and handled all aspects of the transaction in a timely, professional manner and offered perfect advice. Highly recommend!

We used David as our agent in both buying a new home and selling our old home. David was very valuable in guiding us through the various obstacles we encountered in regard to inspections and dealing with competitive bids and offers. His knowledge of the various real estate laws and regulations which impacted our decision making was extremely helpful. Best of all, David has a great sense of humor as well as a calm demeanor which made the overall process almost fun and stress-free. David is truly a professional agent. We highly recommend using his services.

David was both a partner and valued friend, initially in purchasing our home and then eventually in selling that same home when our family was ready to move on. We could rely on him at every turn for grounded advice and going the extra mile for our family in both buying and selling a home. He was well connected and able to get feedback from other realtors in the area, and used novel tools like virtual staging to make the most of the potential of our home. We give the strongest possible recommendation and have nothing but wonderful things to say!!!

David Mayhew is an outstanding agent. He is filled with tremendous knowledge, highly personable, and very skilled. Without a doubt, we are in our home because of David’s incredible skills and approach to the market. I strongly endorse David and would absolutely request his assistance and expertise in the future.

real advocate for his client. Great advice, extremely helpful, empathetic and supportive throughout the whole process. Has become a friend to our family

David Mayhew and Pearce Real Estate provided excellent, 5-star service throughout the process of buying a home. David was always available via Skype and email whenever I had a question or needed advice with the process. He made excellent recommendations for the home inspection, the real estate lawyer, and local businesses. He stayed in regular communication with the seller's agent and kept the entire process flowing smoothly. I won't hesitate to recommend David to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

David was terrific, went far beyond expectations delivering expert advice, counsel and support as we sold our Guilford home. He is an amazing asset that we are sure Pearce appreciates and is recommended anytime one need a realtor.
