Growing up as a native Floridian, David’s father instilled in him a unique perspective on sales and customer service. As a former CEO of Chanel and a President of Max Factor, he understood the importance of satisfying demands of discriminating clientele. David parlayed this knowledge gaining performance driven sales and marketing experience in the Fragrance and Cosmetics Industry. David served as President – Alfin Fragrances, Inc. International Division, a publicly traded NASDAQ company, the family business. David later created the Fragrance Marketing Group, Inc., a global distribution company in Miami. Florida. Always pursuing quality and prestige products, David organized Magnum Provisions, Inc. a Boar’s Head distributor for the Mid-Hudson Valley and Catskill Regions of New York. This specialized career path spanning more than 35 years of top performing sales and marketing uniquely qualifies David to offer customers exceptional performance in real estate. Earning his New York Real Estate License in 2008, David first practiced in Manhasset, New York. Moving to Palm Coast, Florida in 2012 he activated his Florida Real Estate License. David was immediately drawn to the Grand Haven community. Quickly getting involved in various groups within the community, and within Flagler County, David joined the Citizens Emergency Response Team (CERT), the Palm Coast Citizens Academy, and actively attends Grand Haven Community Development District (CDD) meetings, as well as Grand Haven Master Association meetings. David continues to read and research the fascinating history of Flagler County and Palm Coast.
