David was our outstanding agent for the purchase of one home and the sale of another. His vast real estate experience and exceptional organizational and communication skills make selling or purchasing a home a very smooth process. We always knew what and when to expect next steps. He goes the extra mile to facilitate every step. His innate kindness, impeccable integrity and friendliness make it a real pleasure to work with him. We cannot say enough good about David—he is simply the all-round best!

Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for being an incredible realtor and making this process as smooth as possible for us! You've far exceeded our expectations and we feel so fortunate to have had you in our corner during this major life transition.

David went absolutely above and beyond to sell our home. As first time home sellers, we just weren't prepared for all the stress and work involved, but David helped us every step of the way. He was always available, professional, hard-working, kind, and positive throughout a process with many ups and downs, In the end, we were extremely pleased with the outcome. Thank you, David!

David hones in on what we wanted in a home very quickly (a great listener). He stayed within our price range and areas of preference. Once we found the house we wanted, he worked tirelessly to get us a fair price and to make sure all appliances, heat and air systems were operating correctly. After our closing, he came to the house with us and when we decided to replace carpet in the bedrooms, he called and got someone to replace the carpet that day, which was the day before the movers moved us in. David kept us informed of all the processes one must go through with the mortgage process, acquiring insurance, the closing process and finding inspectors and workers to take care of the upgrades we wanted. He was very polite and knowledgable! He was like a one-stop-shop for everything you wanted to know about purchasing a home. He was a treasure trove of information that should be important to anyone purchasing a home.
