I thought David was great ,but the whole process for me ,just because it's been this way for years, doesn't mean that it's the best. I really think that as soon as your getting numbers the seller should be able to see all the numbers, all the monies going out,and then decide if they still want to sell.

Dave was on top of everything from the beginning. He had answers for me before I asked the questions. All friendships aside, Dave was so important to me and my family getting my mom's house sold and incident free as possible. Professional, and yet so compassionate for what I was going through.
