I have bought and/or sold (or both) six properties with David and each and every time he does not disappoint. David is all about keeping me satisfied as a customer, considering carefully my goals, while also making sure we continue on the correct path. David heard each and every one of my concerns and responded appropriately. I always felt we worked as a team. David's strength is getting us through the final negotiations and he does this brilliantly. I always feel perfectly confident to step back and let him work his magic when we reach that phase of the project. Real estate, like anything else, is a constantly evolving industry, and David has evolved along with it while still maintaining the not so easy to find in today's industry, customer service. It's rare today to find someone that over a 20 year period you have grown to trust and would continue to call. David is that person.

David is someone I’ve worked with since 1984 and loyalty works both ways…

This is our second home purchase with David and we will only work with him! Both of the purchases had quite a few quirks that were new to us. David has gone above and beyond in both cases to get the deals closed. His communication is stellar (we're never left wondering) and his professionalism is top notch. We hope to do many more deals with David!!

David did a wonderful job working with us to sell my late father’s property, he was kind, courteous and extremely professional!

We found David to be the ultimate professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable and always available to answer our many questions. As first time real estate transaction participants, our experience was completely satisfying.

Once again we are fully satisfied with the help we have received from David. We were experiencing personal difficulties at the time of our sale, however David was patient with us as we made “family first “ our priority. David worked exceptionally hard to help us sell our property quickly for a fair price.
