David's current position in the company is the Director of Sales in the Developer Services Department. He manages the sales of new construction andamp; existing multi-family projects from condominium towers, townhome developments, to new home builds. David joined Smith andamp; Associates Real Estate over 15 years ago and has closed over 2,000 homes. David is the President of the not for profit group (501c3), The 13 Ugly Men Foundation, Inc. that host great events and donates the proceeds to local charities in the Bay area. He is a volunteer committee member at Tampa Theatre's presetigous, Wine Fest. David was named South Tampa Magazine's Top 10 under 40.
