I cannot express enough how grateful I am. Many many houses seen… so very many phone calls from me. Darla Found my perfect home one I wanted to skip and she insisted we swing by. Professional. Listened to what I wanted and more important what I did not want. I would recommend Darla Zimmerlin and every person we worked with in this process. Thank You

Darla is fabulous!!! From the first phone call to the very end of the sale of the home. With her she was prompt, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the sale of our home! Being we live in another state, she was our eyes and ears, she went the extra mile for us. We would recommend Darla to anyone for their buying or selling needs! We love her…..

She is professional but also a friend. She keeps your needs in mind and is very thorough.

Darla , all of your hard work and dedication throughout the home buying process. Your expertise and guidance were invaluable, and I couldn’t have done it without you. You made the process so much easier and less stressful for me, and I’m so grateful for that. Thank you so much!

Darla is the bomb.

I had the pleasure of working with Darla to sell my house, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the start, Darla demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and professionalism. She was not only responsive to every question I had but also took the time to walk me through all the paperwork, making the entire process clear and straightforward. One of the standout qualities was Darla's meticulous approach to determining the best price for my property. She thoroughly reviewed comparable properties, ensuring we set a competitive and attractive price point. Beyond this, Darla went above and beyond by recommending reliable contractors to handle necessary work on the house, streamlining the preparation for sale. Working with Darla was not only efficient but enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process quick and easy. Darla arranged for stunning photos and video to showcase my property, emphasizing its unique features. Coldwell Banker also has excellent online tools for reviewing and signing documents, making the entire transaction convenient and efficient. In summary, I highly recommend Darla for anyone looking to sell their property. She brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and a refreshing sense of fun to the real estate process. Thanks to Darla, what initially felt daunting became a quick and enjoyable journey to a successful sale. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

Darla was the most patient realtor. She showed us houses for four years without complaint while we changed our parameters multiple times. We finally found the home that we bought as Darla had sent us the listing knowing it was exactly what we were searching for! She then was able to sell our house getting more than we were asking while the boom in housing market began to slip. She has continued to assist us with referrals of contractors for small projects. We would definitely recommend Darla as the go to realtor.

Mrs Darla was awesome. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and if she said she would do something she always followed through. She didn't miss a beat during the entire process. She also made sure if I didn't ask a question she would bring it up to ensure we didn't forget an important step. Although this will probably be the last home we purchase should we change our minds or have a friend looking for a new home, we wouldn't hesitate to contact Ms Darla. Thank you

Darla Zimmerlin and her team at Coldwell Banker and Home Services Title are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! They made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. I was home shopping during the housing crunch where everyone was snapping up homes as soon as they hit the market, which was very stressful when you have to make a home purchase decision in 24-hours or less! Darla understood what I was looking for and immediately notified me several times when potential houses hit the market, even while she was on vacation! When Darla has clients, she is never off the clock. Several issues were identified during the home inspection, which is typical with most homes, but Darla and her team had ‘people’ for everything and those partners were also awesome and trustworthy. This speaks to her and her team’s commitment to making sure that their clients are protected and well taken care of throughout the entire process. I am not sure how you have a better agent. Thank you so much, Darla!
