This is my third transaction with Darci's help and I will never work with another team. Somehow, in this market, she was able to secure my perfect place AND negotiate for a brand new roof PLUS $10k off list price! She is incredibly knowledgable and smart and I appreciated her insights and guidance throughout the process. I would recommend Darci to anyone!
