Darby has done an amazing job through this entire process. We weren’t seriously looking for houses at the time and Darby ended up researching and found us a new build home with builder incentives making it possible for us to buy a house. We hit a road block coming to closing it pushed out closed date out and Darby gave us full reassurance and we closed the next few days. He has been super knowledgeable and supportive in finding us our dream starter home making it all possible for the current market we are in. 10/10 would recommend!
Darby was a wonderful to work with. It took a little longer to sell vacant land and he walked us through that over the term and it got frustrating at times, but he always reassured us.
Darby was professional, efficient and well versed on the market area. We worked with him over more than a year as we explored a large area across 3 states. He did not hound us when we were not active but when we saw properties in his area he was very responsive and when we finally found one that we really liked he represented us very well in the process which was competitive. We are very happy with him and with our purchase.
Darby did an awesome job assisting us with our new home, we have a 4/5 on negotiation because he did make every attempt to negotiate on our behalf but the seller would not make any concessions sadly and because of this I could not give the 5 stars. However, that does not take away from the responsiveness, the communication and the overall positivity throughout the entire process. We highly recommend him and would work with him again!
