"DowntownDan" as he is aptly called; has been in the real estate business for more than 40 years. He helped home builders, investors, home buyers and home sellers in search for the perfect homes. This made him to become a multi-awarded realtor and entrepreneur - operating: (1) a franchise in RE/MAX Executive; (2) an AIRBNB property management; and (3) vintage cars for rent. With his wealth of experience and tenure; you can ask him any real estate concerns you have. This is why many people regarded him as "Superman". He likes fishing, playing rugby (because he is a player himself), and enjoys a great life taking care of his wife Barbara, his son Maverick, and his daughter Gabby. And, once in a while he never forgets to have a shot of wine.
