I thank my lucky stars for the days I met Linda Driggs and Danelle Haag with Michael Saunders & Company. My house had been on the market for over 6 months with another realty company when I made the decision to look around for a different realtor. That’s when I met Linda! Right off the bat I knew I would love her! She came in like a whirlwind, made some decisions and changes to make my house more appealing and sellable, and sure enough, it sold within 3 weeks! She is not only intelligent and fun, but an absolute delight to be around! At that point I was in need of buying a house. Linda introduced me to her associate Danelle Haag. As one who has bought/sold many houses in several different states, I’ve worked with dozens of realtors. Danelle Haag is, by far, THE BEST realtor I’ve ever worked with. She is quick, savvy, and knows the market. She’s an expert in Sarasota neighborhoods and was correct that the home we purchased in April would increase in value - it already has! Definite five star rating, Danelle was friendly professional and informative. Dealing with her was so pleasant and fun, she met and exceeded our expectations. She took her time and did not pressure us in any way. We were not familiar with Sarasota and she took to time to show us places that were closest to Siesta Key beach since that was the area we liked the most. Our friend lives in Gulf Gate and we loved the closeness to the beach. We chose Pelican Cove and we love it! Four miles to the beach and all the shopping is close as well.
