Although the market was less than favorable, Dan and his team worked tirelessly (for 18 months) to find a home that would be a good fit for me. The thing I enjoyed most about working with Dan and his team is how they didn’t beat around the bush when discussing properties with me, letting me know upfront their opinions on the places we saw. They also didn’t want to just get me in a home, but made sure I would be making a good financial investment. All in all, I’m happy to have worked with the Dan Rath team and would recommend them to anyone in the piedmont area!

Dan Rath is a phenomenal agent! He guided us, counseled us, and persevered with us on our five-month search for our new home. We are relocating from the west coast, and he graciously dedicated a long weekend to us on our recent visit. He traveled the entire Triad region to record video tours of homes. He provided invaluable advice on neighborhoods and coordinated a comprehensive series of inspections with a group of skilled contractors. "Remote" buying in a highly competitive market added another layer of complications to the process, and we absolutely needed an experienced, patient, trustworthy advocate. Dan is all of that and more!

Dan has helped me on multiple properties over the years. I appreciate his expertise in the industry and I've always been happy w the outcome. I highly recommend him.
