Dan knew the ins and outs or renovating a property before listing it. He knew which trades people to contact for quick turn around time. He was also very skilled at dealing with the issues arising from the home inspection report.

Dan is great. Realtors often give me anxiety becuase I feel like I’m being rushed, or pressured to like something. Dan felt natural and non-pressured from day one. It was an immediate comfort during a stressful time. He walked us through everything, he helped us to see things in homes we didn’t have the natural knowledge to see, he helped us determine offers and was available whenever required.
