They are incredible. They deserve more than an excellent tick for every single box. This sale was challenging. My brother passed away with no viable will. As the assigned Administratrix, representing the estate, I was striving for the best possible outcome for me and my 7 siblings, ensuring we all stayed on the same page. The home was in major disrepair and the legal challenges getting the court order to sell the property would have sent even the best most dedicated realtor team packing. We were at the property and they were taking pictures, setting up lock boxes, and getting ready to list the next day. They had already contacted people they thought would be interested, and had scheduled to do an open house a few days later. While there, I got a call that we needed to wait and I needed to go back to court to get additional approval to sell, something that occurred that was out of my control. They never missed a beat, were patient, calm, and empathetic. They made me feel like it was just fine and waiting would not be an issue. They took me off the ledge! This was a very minor money maker for them - I doubt they really came out ahead, especially given their time and effort through the entire process... yet... they continued with perfect service. Throughout all of this, they treated me like family and a team member, guiding me through many hurdles as if I were a million dollar client. They told me we are a team and would walk alongside me every step of the way; they truly RUN the walk! Their mantra is two for the price of one - Well I am going to say 10 for the price of one! I cannot express my gratitude for them enough. I will sing their praises and recommend them every chance I get for forever and a day. Dan and Susan are kInd, thoughtful, empathetic, professional, organized, GREAT communicators, master negotiators, fun to be with, all in addition to ROCKING what they do to sell property. It is rare to find this level personal service these days. As an aside, they represented two of my siblings when they bought and sold their houses. They spoke so highly of them, I knew we had to have them for this sale, which quite frankly, I was skeptical they would be willing to take on - and they did - SOLD!
