First licensed in 2005, and a native to Fresno and Clovis, I have the knowledge and experience to get the best value for you in your real estate transaction. Through personal primary residences and investment properties, I have always had a passion for real estate. I enjoy finding new properties and searching for good deals as well as finding the most effective strategy to get the highest possible value for a property. Through experiences as a long time resident of Fresno and Clovis as well as 10 years of construction experience locally, I have a thorough understanding of the many neighborhoods and areas in Fresno and Clovis. When not working, I enjoy teaching and playing sports with my two young sons ages nine and three. My wife and I enjoy taking family trips to the coast or to the Sierras for a quick getaway whenever possible, and try to go fishing at least a few times a year. I can frequently be found doing home improvement and construction projects around the house on my days off, and enjoy working with my hands from time to time. With a background in construction, sales and personal investments, I bring a unique set of skills to the table to help with your real estate transaction. I have always worked in a performance based employment setting, and because of that I am no stranger to hard work. My friends and family would consider me to be a "workaholic", although I wouldn't have it any other way. After years of dealing with agents and getting less than desirable service and results, I decided to become a Realtor® myself.
