Jenn is the most unique, caring person I have ever met. She went above and beyond and found us our dream home. I love that she knew Spanish because that way, I did not have to be translating for my husband all the time.

I was referred to Jenn by my boss to help me with my corporate move from Illinois to Texas. Since we wanted to buy property outside of city limits and were not limited to a particular city, we were looking in a vast area within a 50-mile radius of my workplace. Jenn travelled to numerous homes, many times traveling at least an hour and a half and sometimes even two hours one-way to look at properties we were interested in. She would do a video call to help us see the home, and would also give us positive as well as negative feedback about the house to help us make a decision. There were instances when we came close to buying but changed our minds at the last minute. Rather than show annoyance and/or frustration, Jenn was even more determined to find the perfect home for us! Jenn's phenomenal patience, understanding and perseverance helped us find the home that met all our criteria - a journey we travelled together for almost 6 months! Julie Hillman has been fantastic, start to finish, through this process. Her valuable insight on locations and things to pay attention to (being new to TX) were extremely helpful. Julie worked very hard to make our desires become reality. She understood our needs and wants, sometimes better than we did, and showed us homes we hadn’t even considered. She showed us a plethora of homes in the short window of time we had, as we moved from TN to TX and were only able to house-hunt for a few days. We are extremely pleased with her excellent customer service, persistence to make things happen, and patience with us and our changing circumstances in selling our previous home. She followed through after the sale by offering any assistance she could provide in communicating with the prior owners, recommendations for service professionals, and advice on how to save time navigating the DMV, etc.
