The previous owner failed to turn over fob/keys that should have been transferred to me. The seller’s realtor cannot produce them. My agent offered to replace the ($100), but I’ve asked him to pursue it through the other realtor because it is not our cost. I have paid the Management, but I still seek reimbursement.
