Ethan's taking the plunge and moving back to Fort Lauderdale - major props to Dennis Stevick, Dale Atkins, Linda Seitel for making his condo purchase less intimidating - now he's got a blank canvas and a million ideas. Dennis Stevick Dale Atkins Linda Seitel. Love you guys.

I have never met any realtors in any city who are as excellent as DND. We interviewed 7 realtors before we found them to sell my parents' house in Fort Lauderdale. It needed repair, painting and gardening which Dennis handled immediately (we live out of town). In an extremely tough market, at the time, they sold it in days - at top dollar. Even after they got the first (and ultimately, successful) offer, Dale kept up the open houses and marketing - just to cover all the bases. Our interaction was close to zero; they handled A-Z through closing. Working with them was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
