I was looking to place a referral for a dear friend in Texas. I am Realtor in Colorado but a former Realtor for Ebby Halliday. My wife and I wanted to give our praise and commendation to the work of Cynthia Del Rio. We met Cynthia last year at an open house when my son, Matthew, was starting to search for his first home to buy. She has worked with us since, and recently Matthew closed on a new home in Melissa. Cynthia has gone above and beyond throughout this entire process, and has been available and helpful to Matthew in countless different ways. My wife Tamara and I both agree that she has been the finest realtor that we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She has made the process far more painless and smooth than it would have been otherwise, and has given from the heart in terms of her time and efforts. My husband and I were looking for a house and attended several open houses. During one of those visits we met Cynthia. Although we were not interested in the open house she was showing, Cynthia was very friendly, genuine, helpful and professional, we really enjoyed speaking with her. She gave us her card and offered to provide us any assistance as we continued to search for our new home. After speaking with other agents and getting frustrated with the houses we saw, Cynthia really stood out so we decided to reach out and give her a try. That was the best decision we could have made. From the start, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and followed up with many suggestions. It was amazing how she listened and identified just the right communities that satisfied our desires. Cynthia knows the DFW market very well and helped us to select a new build. Most agents will end at the point when the contract to build is signed but not Cynthia. She continued to communicate with us and the building agents as our house was under construction. Cynthia joined us during the design center appointments and lended her advice and expertise which ensured we designed a home that could easily resell if we choose to in the future. Cynthia also went out of her way several times during the building process to check on our house and sent us photos and videos. A major issue occurred during the build that made us concerned and even consider backing out of the contract. But In steps Cynthia, with her great knowledge and relationship skills she was able to speak with the builder and they did the right thing to immediately resolve the issue. Interestingly, even the builder's sales agent complimented Cynthia and commented to me how much he enjoyed working with her.My husband has led global customer service organizations for major brands and thus is not easily impressed; however we both agree that Cythnia is the epitome of great customer service to the point where we not only saw her as an agent but a confidante whose sole focus was to make sure we were completely satisfied. If you want an agent who is more focused on your happiness and satisfaction rather than her commission, then she is your person. By the way, she took the time to advise my daughter on renting her house even though she was not getting paid for it. Cynthia is not only an outstanding realtor, she is a thoughtful and amazing human being. Cynthia is a true professional and we recommend her and Ebby Halliday to anyone interested in having a wonderful experience with purchasing a home. 

5 stars, what can I say, really she is a 10 She listens to your dream list and delivers, fast. She makes you feel like you are her top priority, like family. I will never use anyone else. She will be a lifelong friend.

In this fast paced market, Cynthia worked hard to find me listings in locations I wanted to be in. She was always available day or night to answer questions. She worked hard to make our offer accepted and got me my dream home!

My fiance and I reached out to Ebby Halliday regarding a few rental properties and corresponded originally with a different realtor.  Scheduling didn't allow for that realtor to show properties at our available time, so Cynthia stepped in enthusiastically and helpful - without any time to prepare.  Even though we're only renting, throughout the process we were treated as if we were her most valuable clients.  She was unbelievably quick in response, gave us practical advice, and was tenacious (yet did not push us to make a quick decision).  She wanted our complete satisfaction and continues to make the transition to the new home seamless.  I am not easy to impress, but I have no doubt it is just her character to treat every person she meets with the same warmth and respect.
