I ascribe Cynthia's success as a real estate agent to her hard work, knowledge of the market, attention to details, her integrity and her relaxed style which makes her a pleasure to work with. I can recommend Cynthia Butwick without reservation or condition
Cynthia is a no nonsense real estate broker - we truly enjoyed working with her. She was professional, invested and worked hard. We were particularly impressed by the effort she put in to stage our apartment and make it look amazing. She provided valuable advice, while at the same time listening to our needs.
I want you to know how important you were when we were looking for new tenants for our building over the past six years. Susan and I felt we could always rely on you to find appropriate and responsible tenants, and you became the only agent we used. You were always responsive and extremely diligent
We were fed up and frustrated after a couple of months -- then Cynthia stepped in. Action! She "got" the place and immediately began showing it to renters who would find themselves at home in a restored, low tech brownstone. We knew our tenants would come through Cynthia. They did. We know Cynthia will find our next just-right tenants. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.
Cynthia Butwick has worked with us in recent months to rent apartments in two properties that we own in Clinton Hill. She has rented out three apartments, each of them within a week of putting them on the market, at full asking price. She is a charming, enthusiastic, reliable broker who clearly knows how to find good tenants. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to rent a place
