We was paired up with Cyndi through Veterans United to purchase our home. Shout out to Veterans United for making a solid choice. My fiancé and I did things a little backwards and found a home before an agent and needed to move quick as we knew the home would likely sell fast. Within one day we had a showing scheduled and our foot in the door. Cyndi was very accommodating to our needs and made sure we had the best outcome. Communication was top notch and never left us waiting on a response to a question or concern. When she had a new piece of information she was quick to call or text. We were also very happy with her choice of home inspector. He was very thorough and made us feel comfortable about our purchase. He found things that needed to be addressed and Cyndi was quick to communicate with the listing agent to get things corrected. During the transaction Cyndi worked with Kristy. Kristy was able to show us the house and gather information that we requested. She also brought somethings to our attention that we would have ever thought about. They make a great team and keep the home buying journey fun and in our case stress free. We do hope this is our forever home but if in the future we need to purchase again we will know who to call.
