She was extremely knowledgeable about pricing, helped us submit competitive offers, and negotiated a seller credits plus a major mechanical replacement, something that’s not easy to accomplish in today’s market.She also did an incredible job communicating with everyone and keeping our closing process moving quickly. My experience with Crystal was fantastic. She came in confident with market comps to list our place and at a higher price than we thought we could obtain, and thanks to that we were able to secure a higher sale than what we originally planned or thought was possible. She also helped us navigate through a few tricky offers. We worked with her not only to sell but to also buy and secure a home before the sellers put it on the market, which we were able to do thanks to her responsiveness and fast movement. She was always available for a call, text, and home showing (literally don’t think she ever turned us down on a requested time or weekend to look at homes). We even had to bring our toddler to a few showings and she brought a small toy to keep him entertained (and took on the role of babysitter when we wanted to go look through certain rooms again!) She didn’t disappear after our sale was complete, but remained available to help us contact former owners/buyers for mail/packages/questions.
