Gold standard service! Crystal Alston orchestrated such a phenomenal experience. Her attention to detail, communication, facilitating, and walking with me every step through this process made it the best property exchange experience I have ever had. Her wisdom skill and experience made my life easy. From start to finish not one box unchecked. Highly recommended if in the RDU area. I look forward to working with Crystal again and referring her to my network.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Crystal Alston, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very start, her professionalism and extensive market knowledge were evident in every interaction.
Crystal went above and beyond to ensure that my vision remained the top priority, never once trying to sway me about obtaining my dream home. I will recommend her to anyone I know that is looking for a home. She was very thoughtful during my closing as well.
Crystal is an exceptional realtor. She was always available when we had questions and went above and beyond to help us. She is professional and made us feel like family. If we decide to ever move again she would be our realtor again.
