Craig was excellent help sell our home in a timely manner and at a fair price. My only suggestion would be to provide weekly progress updates especially during the selling process. What happens and when during the final weeks would be helpful.

Craig is extremely kind and understanding! I loved working with him he truly cares about everyone he works with.

Craig went above and beyond on the sale of my parent’s home. He understood the pride my parents took in their home and each detail they had invested their time and energy into while living there from the inside of the home to the expansive landscaping outside. Craig spent hours making sure the home was maintained beautifully after my parents had moved to a senior living facility. His marketing was second to none. Craig was determined to make sure this home was seen by those in the market to buy a home in the Tri-Cities both near and far. Our family is so thankful to Craig and his team for their dedication to making this a positive experience for my parents. We couldn’t have done this without him.

Craig Riche did an amazing job! He really listened to our likes/dislike and he is very professional and friendly at the same time,We are very happy with our experience, Thank you for everything
