I had my home up on Zillow for a couple weeks as a For sale by Owner with no traffic. Craig had been after me to allow him to market my home and I finally caved. He came in made some minor suggestions and our home sold within 5 hours on the first day of showing with a cash offer accepted against multiple offers. We were greatly surprised and we got what we wanted out of the house!!!
