Craig works extremely hard. He showed us houses on Christmas, and I went into escrow on New Years Day. Because he is always either showing houses, looking at houses, or doing open houses, he has a great feel of the market. He doesn't need the GPS most of the time we drive around. He has a lot of connections and was able to show me several houses that were off market. I really appreciate this, because I ended up buying a house that was off market. And when it came to getting the loan and doing remodeling, he had recommendations and contacts. We still keep in touch after the sale closed. Good guy all around.
