Craig and Christy were an amazing team. They had recommendations forTOD title company consignment of remaining furniture, final housekeeping to include cabinet and upper ledge cleaning, air conditioning professional when it failed, termite treatment and interior fixing in one area, fixing of all items on inspection list and most importantly—had a roofer and painter all lined up after the hail storm 2 weeks before closing. The most important thing was that my brother was initially on board, but once he returned to his home from my home, became extremely difficult to work with in every aspect of the process. Luckily, Gary and I had a good initial relationship before this occurred. Craig was SO understanding and just rolled with it (although it had to be disheartening). Gary and I have been embarassed and grateful that Craig kept his professionalism and character above all. We hope that our good intentions and honesty were enough for Craig to have had an overall good opinion of us (not my brother). We are so so grateful thst Craig and Christy were our realtors for my dads house. We live in Georgia and he took care of everything—everytime!!!!! He should have gotten the entire 6%. I hope Mc Graw values him as much as we do!!!
