Cozette was an absolute joy to work with, especially since i live out of state. She went over and above, helping me with the stress of selling from a distance and coordinating things I couldn’t handle. She kept me informed of the entire process and returned phone calls promptly. She was very caring, helpful and dedicated to the whole process of selling my home. I am happy to give Cozette a five star rating. It is well deserved!

Cozette is an absolute rockstar! From the first showing to closing day, she made the entire home buying process smooth, stress-free, and even fun. She’s smart, hardworking, and has a great eye for what her clients are really looking for. I felt completely supported and in great hands every step of the way. If you’re buying or selling in Georgia—Cozette’s the one you want on your team!

We are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Cozette when selling our home as well as buying our new home! Cozette is incredibly hardworking and stayed in constant contact with us during the process. She is professional, friendly, and a real problem solver and often thought outside of the box to resolve any issues that arose. She was quick to schedule showings on both fronts and really had a handle on what we were looking for. She was a great advocate for us, and we couldn’t recommend her enough! Highly recommended her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares and values their clients. 10 out of 10!

Cozette was the best realtor for us, and we’ve worked with at least 5 to date. She was able to seamlessly execute both our Sale and Purchase in less than 3 months during a slow time for real estate. She has high attention to detail and impeccable communication skills. Would highly recommend!

I am blown away by my experience with Cozette! She went above and beyond with absolutely everything! She answered all my question and made me feel so comfortable! Highly highly recommend!

She’s the best. She makes it a mission to get you any piece of information she can, and she’s not shy about putting her client’s interests above all else.

Cozette was very professional and wonderful to work with. She did an outstanding job assisting the client and was always in great communication with me to help the client through a smooth closing. I look forward to working with her again!

Cozette was a pleasure to work with, she was quick to respond and willing to work through issues as they arrived. I wish all the agents I work with were as accommodating and friendly.
