This review specifically regards the excellent service we received by the Barker Realty Commercial Service department, headed up by Cozette and Neda. We checked out several agencies looking to list our 12,000+sf facility. Immediately, we were impressed with the professional and analytical research they provided to help us to determine a suitable price range. Once we listed, Cozette and Neda went to work on marketing our property. In addition to the usual multiple listing on their website they also hired a professional videographer to create a lovely presentation of the property. Then they presented the property in a seminar to the other commercial realtors in the area, did several waves of direct mail to targeted prospective buyers, sent out eblasts, arranged for a large sign to be hung on the building, and more. When a potential buyer reached out they were put at ease by C&N with their enthusiasm, insights into the property, and professional attitude. C&N's attitude was a good match to ours in that we wanted to sell the building at a fair price and not try to squeeze every cent out of the transaction. Even after more than a year of the property being listed their attention and positive attitude never waivered. In the end we sold the building with all parties involved being very satisfied. Obviously, we can't recommend them highly enough. We only wish we had more properties to sell so we would have the opportunity to work with this team again.
