Courtney was absolutely phenomenal. I could not imagine finding a better agent. This was a very tough situation that she made so much easier, and it couldn't have gone any smoother. We were under such a time crunch, and I honestly didn't have very high hopes for this house, but Courtney made it happen. I have never had a real estate agent offer to help as much as Courtney did. She had the house listed within 30 days of being flipped and a contract on the house within the first 12 hours of being listed. To say she is an amazing realtor is an understatement. Yes, I would highly recommend Courtney Griebe to my family and friends to be their realtor! I was quite impressed with her professionalism, patience, knowledge and compassion. She was so personable and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. Courtney was quick to respond to endless questions, and went above and beyond my expectations with her marketing strategies. She promptly scheduled a professional photographer to come take pictures and make a 3-D video of the property. She also mailed out flyers and sent email invitations to other Lowcountry agents to come to see the property in person at an exclusive open house which included delicious treats and door prizes! My final closing was pushed back several times but she was always encouraging and supportive. The last couple of weeks were very stressful, but she stayed the course and even negotiated a small bonus in the end that I was pleasantly surprised with. Courtney also generously came by one day to help me pack up the kitchen and on more than one occasion, by my request, she prayed with me for God's will over my home and my future.
