We had such a great experience working with Cory! My husband and I worked with him to recently purchase our first home. Since the process was very new to us, he did an amazing job explaining everything as it was happening. We had a few requirements on location and details of the home (3 bedroom, 2 car driveway, multiple bathrooms and fenced in backyard) and Cory was able to find us the home we were looking with all our requirements within a short period of time. On top of looking ourselves, he provided us with other resources for looking for homes in addition to sending us properties he thought we would like. This was great because it gave us an edge outside of the normal apps we were using. When making offers on a few houses we liked, he helped us determine how to make a fair but competitive offer, which gave us an edge as buyers. Definitely made this experience (that can often be stressful) into an exciting time for us! 10/10 would definitely recommend working with him!
