Connie is honestly one of the greatest people I've ever met, and for our first home buying AND selling experience I think she was a literal magician. Long story short, she made the impossible possible by doing the job of 2 brokers, 2 realtors, and a financier when everyone else refused to do their jobs. Connie doesn't just know what and how to do things, her attention to detail is what's going to impress you the most. We got extremely unlucky with a cascade of issues outside our, or Connie's, sphere of influence. Connie lit a fire under everyone, and if/when that didn't work she did the work herself. When we first purchased the home we did so with a VA home loan, and Connie went above in beyond in making sure we got a proper inspection and the home we wanted. There was some other interested parties, but Connie found a way for us to get what we wanted for what we could afford and that made us eternally grateful. Come a change in medical status, we obviously reached back out to Connie to help us sell the home. Not really being in a rush, we had a few contingencies we wanted to account for. To no fault of Connie's, we experienced almost every road block you could imagine. From the buyer's agent disappearing completely, to contingency changes to accommodate the buyer and a less than ideal appraisal and more we hit about all the 'headaches' you hear others tell horror stories of. The thing is, we didn't actually EXPERIENCE it. Connie was a proverbial shield to the stress and hassle. My perspective amounted to forgetting we were selling the house, getting a call from Connie with a succinct update and gameplan (most of which was already in action), and giving me time to ask questions if I had any. The process was longer than expected, but otherwise Connie felt like a Victorian era butler just cleaning up and handling all our issues before we even knew they were issues. I can't stress enough the amount of effort Connie will put in, not because she's securing a commission but because she actually cares about you and what you want. She's a great time, and sometimes I feared wasting too much of hers because she's so fun to talk to. Day or night, Connie is working for you. Somehow, I don't know how. She oversees a verifiable platoon of kids and what seems like a fully functional ranch. She might actually be capable of time travel. I would pay an obnoxious amount of money to have Connie be able to work with us wherever we end up in the future. She's worth every penny (nickel now?).

Connie has helped me sell 3 properties , and purchase 2 properties. I could not ask for a better realtor or friend. She is very professional, diligent, and caring. Being a handyman i have also work for Connie and many of her clients , helping her and them to achieve the most wonderful real-estate experience possible. Thank you for everything ! Clint

Connie is very kind and professional. Her knowledge of the real estate world and helpful resources made the home buying process so easy for us. Highly recommend working with her.

Connie was incredibly helpful throughout the whole home buying process! She knew what the VA was looking for and prepared me for what repairs would need to be made before closing. Her knowledge and transparency took the stress out of buying a house. She was a joy to work with

Connie was such a huge help with both selling our house and buying our new one. She made the whole process feel simple and was always there to explain everything clearly. Any time we had questions or weren’t sure about a detail, Connie was quick to respond and walked us through it. She truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. We always felt confident knowing she was making sure everything was handled correctly and on time. We’re so thankful for her guidance and support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a knowledgeable and reliable realtor.

My family and I truly feel that God put Connie in our path on purpose. We met Connie when we went to look at our very first house and at the time we weren’t fully looking yet and were not approved for anything. We met her and immediately clicked! She gave warm and welcoming vibes. She made us feel that we could trust her taking the lead. She made everything seem like a piece of cake. She was super patient and always made time for a showing. We are happy to know Connie and will forever be grateful for her support, knowledge, and time. She will always be apart of us as she is the one who found our forever home.

It was great working with Connie. She made time available to meet my crazy schedule and abundance of homes to view. She took the time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. She did all of this in a very friendly way always with a smile on her face. I would highly recommend Connie to anyone looking to purchase a home. She actually cares about you and your wants and needs and not just the sale. Dave Cass

I had lived in my home since ‘79 and knew nothing about selling a home. Connie took care of everything each step of the way and she got me top dollar! Linda Wensole
