Great service!Connie took great care of us and home. Her service is outstanding. I will always recommend her and shorewest every time.

Connie was just incredible from beginning to the end, she has to be on of the most pleasant people I've meet, answered every question immediately, I have told others they have to use her to sell there homes.

Connie helped my mother-in-law sell her home in Watertown. She was great to work with and what made the transaction more difficult than normal is that my mother-in-law doesn’t text or email. Connie showed great patience and understanding throughout the process. I highly recommend Connie for all your real estate needs!

Great job

Connie Pugh did everything and more. She was beyond helpful. Everything that we asked, she answered promptly, fully, and efficiently. She answered our questions regardless of the time of day, and she met us for walkthroughs at our convenience. Throughout the process of looking for and purchasing a house, Connie was there to assist and comfort. Without Connie, this process would have been daunting; Connie brought her expertise, charm, and professionalism to help out a couple of rookies to purchase their first home!

I already completed a very positive review a couple days ago. Didn't you receive it?

Connie did a great job. Very thorough, very proficient, very knowledgeable. She obviously has her finger on the pulse of the Watertown realty market. As I've already told her, should I ever run into a potential client, I would not hesitate to refer them to her.

Wonderful customer service! Connie kept us informed of constant changes in a timely manner. She handled the stress and we didn't have to! Selling our home was easy with Connie!

Connie helped us get an offer more than our asking price on the timetable we needed. Her expertise on pricing and current market conditions were very important to help our home get sold. She was very consistent with communication and was available on weekends and late nights to help. Highly Recommend.
