Connie Parker was our REALTOR for 3534 Atwater Court, Wilmington NC. Personally, she is a great person. Friendly, warm and professional. We put our home on the market a bit earlier than we would have preferred. We thought having our flower beds and landscaping at 100% would add curb appeal and help sell the property. Since we were not full- time residents, it was difficult for us to accomplish this goal. Tom planted a few early species of flowers that needed tending to. Connie, or even her husband Harold, would come to the house and water the plantings for us. We also had an in-ground pool which she tended to, by cleaning out the skimmer basket whenever she was at the house. She treated our home like it was her own. She suggested a staging consultant, Lynn Manning, whose services we used. Along with her home photographer, the house showed well. We used her suggested lawyer for our deed preparation as well, since we did not have a lawyer in NC. She has a great team of consultants she works with. In marketing, her diligence to the flyer box in front of the house, and her special touches to the up keep of signs in the neighborhood, was well noted. Business wise, she was always available through phone calls, e­mails, and text messages. Her punctuality and availability was outstanding. Neighbors remarked about her work ethic, and yes, we will definitely use her services again. We would definitely recommend her services to others, as she is a true asset to buying or selling your home. 

From start to finish Connie has been with us. She cares about the people she works with. We have to say that Connie has made the home buying process a great experience.
