All I can say is that Connie Garay goes beyond her duties to get the job done the right way. She is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her for a promotion, raise and increase on her benefits. Please let her boss know that she is very talented, and organized. She gets things done the right way. I am thankful for her assistance. She did more than what was required. Connie was honestly incredible. At every step of the way she was in constant communication, so warm and friendly, and knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. She found our house for us; it was listed on a Friday and we didn't even see the listing, but she brought us on Saturday, and it was perfect—because Connie knew exactly what we were looking for. We put in the offer on Sunday, and Connie went in person to present the offer. There were two other offers, but because of that personal touch, the sellers accepted ours on Monday. From that time till the very last walkthrough, I knew we could count on her to answer questions and help us through the process. As first-time home buyers, it was so important that our Realtor was the best of the best, and I can say without hesitation that we found that in Connie.
Connie has been more than our realtor in the process of buying our new home! The past few weeks she has been amazing. Her attention to detail, her readiness to assist us, her willingness to negotiate on our behalf to get us the best deal possible, and many other small things she helped us with made her a great person to work with. Buying or selling a house is always a nerve racking and stressful time, but with Connie on our side we felt at ease and in excellent hands! We can't thank her enough and are very excited to start our new life in Niagara Falls!
