Connie was very helpful in helping us determine a realistic listing price for our dad's house. She kept us up to date with all of the potential buyer's offers. Fortunately, the house sold within one day of listing, which was a great relief given it was hard to keep an eye on it as out of town sellers.
Connie also recommended items to be fixed and cleaned before selling and a very good handyman to help us get it done. She also found for us a person to run an estate sale and clean out the house. All of her recommended service people were very good and easy to work with.
