Colt, noticed there was two, large, undeveloped parcels located directly behind the property. It was owned by a developer. Colt, was able to track done the general contractor and found out they were breaking ground on a massive, gross, townhome development, within a few months. We immediately withdrew our offer. Colt saved us about $10,000 grand. After we went into contract on our beautiful home in the Haymount area. Colt helped us line up contractors, for quotes and inspections. In the process we found out our HVAC fan motor was blown and we were able to negotiate the price of the home down during due diligence. This is all within a two week closing. Colt is a solid brother. After we bought our home, we were a little bummed out, because we wouldn’t be seeing him on the regular. We got a beautiful home, at a good price and in the process gained family.
