My realtor did a good job discussing my goals in selling my property, which was an estate property, and worked with my short timeline to find a buyer. She was not experienced with mobile home sales, which effected the process a bit, but she found a buyer within my timeline and we had a successful closing, with only a few minor glitches--mostly involving the buyer's financing. Overall, my realtor did a pretty good job.
