The Homes of Idaho web site is not a friendly web site to navigate. The search option really doesn't work. It didn't matter what I put in the search criteria, it always showed everything in the area, excluded what I requested to search for. It's unusable. I used the other competitors to search for the homes criteria that I requested.
The moving trucks, I do appreciate using them, save me a bundle on time and money. The large yellow truck needs some maintenance. The engine sounded like, at times, that was about to die. I had some concerns. Seat belt, at times did not retract, loose and worthless for it's purpose.
As for selling the house, no complaints. It was a very easy process from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
