Absolutely fantastic! You can tell Cody is working so hard to get you into a home you'll love. Day or night, literally almost 24/7. He knew just about everything there was to know, and adapted so quickly to what you wanted and were comfortable with. I cannot sing his praises enough, we couldn't have asked for a better agent!

Cody was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our home search process. He went above and beyond by providing detailed insights into the quality of natural lighting in each space and highlighting key features or potential issues we might have missed. His thorough approach and knowledgeable advice made the entire process much smoother and allowed us to make more informed decisions.

Cody really hit on all the points that we needed to be successful. In this market, we called on him for last minute coordination several times not just for information or scheduling walkthroughs, but Friday evening offers. On multiple occasions while out on walkthroughs, he booked an additional property on the spot. Honesty over profit also was highly appreciated. Knowing that a house will not work for us before investing research and booking a walkthrough- or avoiding the walkthrough altogether after he or an associate did it, saved additional time and energy. He's also patient is talking through risks and hesitations that you might have in order to make an informed decision. He also has the skill set to estimate the cost of making additions to properties post purchase or determining when it's not possible at all. As a lifelong Madisonian, he also possesses a ton of area knowledge. As a father, he knows what you need for day-to-day life, too. Already planning on the next endeavor to include his services!

Simply put Cody was able to get the price I wanted on the purchase and sale of homes in a very efficient manner. Very friendly and personable, would definitely work with Cody on future real estate transactions.

We were considering becoming first time homebuyers this time last year when we met Cody. Thank goodness we did! His guidance was what we needed, and he was so dedicated to finding us the right home along the way. He doesn’t settle and has excellent communication skills! The reason we have our home today is because he was there with us through the discouragement of months of looking and offers that weren’t getting accepted, as well as encouraging us to go for it at the right times.

Working with Cody to buy our new house was amazing. We had to find a place quickly in a difficult market, and ultimately chose one that Cody recommended, but we hadn't thought to look at when we were first browsing. It ended up being the perfect home for us and Cody worked hard to negotiate a price that worked for us (we were able to get under asking!) and went out of his way to make the process as smooth and easy as it could be. We will absolutely use him again in the future for any real estate needs.

Cody was great to work with and always had my interests first. He answers the phone every time regardless of the time of day and was always ready to help. He made the search for my first home comfortable and most importantly fun. I could not be happier with what I found and I would not be in the home I am in today without Cody.

We had a fantastic experience with Cody and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and attentive agent. We toured around 12 homes and never felt pressured to hurry along the process. He gave great advice on the current market and the approximate costs of a variety of renovations.

Cody is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I have worked with other realtors in the past and have missed opportunities on houses in the past. That was not the case with Cody and he was driven to help find the best fit for my family. I highly recommend him as a realtor.
