We'd worked with Clint previously so we didn't hesitate to call him again to sell our home. He's honest, thoughtful and keeps things light in otherwise stressful processes. He is especially knowledgeable about our neighborhood and he knew the items we'd have to focus on to make our house attractive to buyers in the area. His suggestions changes did cost us some time and money, but we know they played a big part in helping sell the house so quickly. We also know he represented us well throughout the negotiating process. Also, Clint used his network to find, screen and ultimately introduced us to a wonderful buyer's agent, aiding us in our relocation to New England. We couldn't have done all of this without Clint!
