We were fortunate to meet Ian because his wife works in the same hospital as my husband. On one of our first visits to Cincinnati during the recruitment process, the hospital arranged for us to have dinner with Ian and his wife and we had a great time. After the dinner, Ian drove us around Cincinnati to show us some neighborhoods. The hospital works with a different realtor for potential recruits, but we specifically asked to work with Ian. I honestly can't say enough positive things about Ian - he went above and beyond from start to finish. The Cincinnati market was a lot more challenging than we anticipated, but Ian was patient, calm, and reassuring when we felt that we would never find a home. He is super personable and easy to work with. Right after we went under contract, we needed to go out of town to drop off our son at college. Ian handled all the inspections at the property and gave us a thorough debriefing. Ian is very detail orientated and makes sure that everything is taken care of. I would recommend Ian without hesitation. While I am relieved to have found our new home, a part of me is sad that I won't get to interact with Ian as often as I did during the house hunting process.

The service was exceptional.

Ian was detailed and thorough. He showed up for every meeting, visit, and inspection. He did comprehensive background work on each property so we were prepared every time we walked in. He made the effort as low-stress as possible without ever being pushy.

Sean is an outstanding realtor and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service he provided selling our West Chester home. His attention to detail, his knowledge about the market and what to do to get a house ready to sell made the process seamless. He helped us get a few things done like some painting and suggested 'decluttering' which we did and helped us come up with a marketable price. He did an excellent job of communicating with us throughout the proceess and updated us on potential buyer comments/feedback. We listed our house on a Wednesday and sold it on Sunday thanks to his expertise. We simply cannot thank him enough for everything he did to help us sell our home. We sold it in June but life got busy so I am just now writing this review.

We'd worked with Clint previously so we didn't hesitate to call him again to sell our home. He's honest, thoughtful and keeps things light in otherwise stressful processes. He is especially knowledgeable about our neighborhood and he knew the items we'd have to focus on to make our house attractive to buyers in the area. His suggestions changes did cost us some time and money, but we know they played a big part in helping sell the house so quickly. We also know he represented us well throughout the negotiating process. Also, Clint used his network to find, screen and ultimately introduced us to a wonderful buyer's agent, aiding us in our relocation to New England. We couldn't have done all of this without Clint!

Repeat customer. Clint is THE BEST!

Clint is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with! He is attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. I intend to recommend him to anyone who will listen.

Stacy is incredible. Her pricing guidance was not what I wanted to hear at first but we trusted her and her suggested strategy yielded better results than we expected! She's calm, diligent and professional throughout. I would always recommend her.

Stacy Gendleman was the most amazing agent! She helped us buy and sell this property over five years. She always kept us informed and made wonderful suggestions both when we were seeking the best property for our needs and budget. Then five years later she shephered us through the process of selling the same property quickly and at the price we wanted. Excellent service. Highly recommend her.

Sean is an exceptional agent who sold two of our high value homes. His attention to detail in marketing properties is first rate. I have a pet peeve with realtors I’ve dealt with who come late to showings. With each showing, Sean would come early to make sure the home was staged properly. I was very impressed by that. I recommend him highly. As a seller, his commitment is unmatched.
